Query on EEA Family Permit Application

Hi Friends,
I am Indian working in Singapore. My spouse is Portuguese citizen and working in Singapore aswell. We have an Infant 15 months old child who is also portuguese citizen.
My wife now wanted to relocate to UK and we wanted to travel together. Can any one help to advise, on what visa can i stay with my wife & my child in UK.My wife have never visited or stayed in UK before.
I saw about the EEA family permit or will the EEA family permit be rejected because my wife has never stayed or worked in UK.
Is my wife qualified to apply EEA family permit for me.Waiting for your kind and wise advise .
