Dear all
I have a question regarding my PR
I am a non EEA national
Married to a EEA national in October 2014
And she was a qualified person

1)EEA2 Application sent in November 2014
2)Got refusel in September 2015
3)Made an appeal and hearing date fixed in June 2016
4)appeal allowed and visa granted in October 2016
5)applied for divorce in November 2017
6) decree absolute granted in June 2018
7)Applied for retained rights in July 2018
8) retained rights granted in September 2018
Now my question is when I will be eligible for PR.
Is the time start from my first visa issued in October 2016 Or will it starts from my merriage date in October 2014.
My x-wife was exercising her treaty rights since September 2014 until decree absolute date.
I have no children’s from my X-wife
Kindly help me and take me out of this stress 😊

Your clock starts from date of marriage if you married within the UK.

Kindly also refrain from spamming the forum with multiple duplicate posts in different topics.
