help Regarding PR form

hello everyone ad thanks in advance , I am applying for PR on the basis of family member of EU national . MY wife already have PR since 2015 .I need some help filling the form .
section 3 .
3.1 I’ve lived in the UK for a continuous period of five years as an EEA national qualified person, the family member or extended family member of a qualified person, or a combination of these.
Complete sections 5, 9, 16, 17, 18 and 19. (If you are or have been a family member or extended family member, also complete the relevant section(s) as indicated in question 3.2 below.)
3.2
I am or have been the spouse, civil partner, or unmarried or same-sex partner of the sponsor. Complete section 11.
in section 3 i think this option best in my case please guide me if i am wrong ,now it says complete 5 9 16 17 18 and 19 which is easy and understandable but in 3.2 it says i have to complete section 11 too ?
i am applying next week . i am sending Joint bank statement,tenancy agreement ,wife PR (not sending her work history etc ) pictures,passport ,marriage certificate,daughter birth certificate . anything missing ?

Yes. "Also" means "too".
i am applying next week . i am sending Joint bank statement,tenancy agreement ,wife PR (not sending her work history etc ) pictures,passport ,marriage certificate,daughter birth certificate . anything missing ?
Make sure the above covers a continuous period of 5 years you have lived with your wife.

Thanks for your reply . Yes joint bank and tenancy agreement through out five years and living together.

I would suggest you read the guidance notes and the supporting documention section. This tells you what’s high value, Midium value and low value. Sadly pictures are under no relevant. P60s for the sponsor are a must for the whole 5 years. If you are sending copy bank statements make sure you get every page stamped at your branch.
It’s better to send more than less as UKVI has apes as case workers.

Sponsor already has PR, so no need to send sponsor’s P60
Also,no need for child birth ertificate if child does not apply

Thanks for the Reply . Yes I read all guidance but I am confused in section 3.1 and 3.2 .I won't send pictures I mean passport size pictures 2+1 . My wife have Already PR so I will keep it simple by not sending p60 .I received 5 years of joint bank statements and it's all verified pages .. can you please clarify section 3.2 if its for unmarried or married partner too ?

Thanks for reply . Yes my wife has PR so better no p60 headaches

and my daughter is british citizen I am confused about section 3.1 which is very clear just complete sections 5 9 16 17 18 and 19 . And then 3.2 says complete section 11 .so this Mean I have to do 3.1 (5916171819) then 3.2?

Yes, as married partner you are a family member. It says if you are a family member you need to complete section 3.2. And in section 3.2. It says you need to complete section 11.
Answer to your question is yes, as a married partener you need to complete all of 5 9 16 17 18 and 19 AND 11.
