HI,

Please I want to request my document back from Homeoffice but they requested for Case id which I can supply Home office reference which I was able to supply but what is the payment reference? my card was charged as Euro after the money was taking, please where do I get payment reference as I need this information in order for me to request my document back.

You can find the payment reference number on the letter we sent to the main applicant to confirm that we received their application.

I do not know what to tell you. We received an email from the Home Office confirming the receipt of our application, but it does not list any payment reference No., only the case ID. Not sure if this is important, in the end. Maybe you can put the Case No, or just 00000?

I think 'Home Office reference' and 'Payment reference number' apply to AN applications. For my EEA (PR) application, I only was given a 'Case ID' via e-mail and I had the Royal Mail reference number.
So like Kamoe said, if you don't have a particular number I would try inserting '000000' or 'Not known' in that slot of the online form, and see if the page accepts it.
