Did not take payment yet

Hey .. My Dad is An EEA Nationality holder . It has been 5 years since we are in the uk ... we Applied for uk Parmanent Residance card .
Paper Submitted Date .. 5 /8/2018
But still they did not take even money from the bank Account ... we Try to contect home office they said we have got your file .. but we did not process it
I am very worried about it ... what they are going to do .. please help me out ... might be we are 4 brothers Nd our mum And dad also applied for it isnt it cause of that big family taking long ???

Ask them why payment hasnt been taken?

We asked them they said we got your file And reviewing it We have not process it yet that will take 2 weeks ... And 2nd week gone aswel .. why they taking sooo long for ??

This is normal - sometimes it can take weeks for them to take payment, sometimes they take payment the next day.
If they've received your application - there's nothing more you can do until you hear from them.
The HO have up to six months to deal with your application - so just sit back, relax and forget about it.

Soo when the take money out from my account after six months they will take or alltogether ???

Hello ... home Office Rang me on Friday And they ask for My fathers Marriage certificate sooo I post it today .... they did not say anything else nor take money out yet ..
