Residence Card Application (Qualified persons)

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well.
Me(non-EU) and my boyfriend(EU) will marry soon and I will apply for the residence card.
He is working as a self-employed person right now, as i understand he is a qualified person.
Is there any income or salary standard that he needs to fulfil? How much income does he need to show monthly to considered as a qualified person?
I would be really happy if someone can help me to clarify these questions.
