I want to invite my nonEU wife to come to the UK. I am EU citizen and I do live and work in the UK for over a year. I know that we have to fill Family Member of an EEA National form and we started the form.
Inside the form there is a section
What is the EEA National Registration Certificate number for the EEA National?
I don,t have this certificate.
Does it mean that I will need to get one before we can send the form?

No, you don’t need it. You will provide documentation showing you’re a qualifying person. That’s enough.
You could apply for it at the same time and use the European passport service if you don’t mind spending more money but keeping your passports with you.

No - you don't need to have RC to apply for an EEA Family Permit. Just insert 'N/A' or 'Not applicable' or '00000' in the section where it asks for the RC number and you should be able to continue.
