Non-EEA proof of residence for PR

Hi all,
Please support with your experience, when you submit application for PR non-EEA extended family member (relative)
1. Do you have to submit 5 years payslip one for each yr from the non eea? Or your residence card already proof that you have been in UK for 5 years?
Or just apply with
2. Just recent 3 months bank statements?

1. Hmrc 5 years working histroy
2. Recent 3 months utility and council bill.
Does diatta case and lim case still exist?
