Hi all
Just wondered if anyone has any advice. My American husband and I have lived in Malta for just over 6 years and we have a permanent residency card here, my son, who is an adult has been having a lot of mental health issues and a drug addiction which has made me think that I might try and move back to the UK under Surinder Singh so that I can be of support to him, would this be enough of a reason for the UK to allow this? We have lived here under the self sufficiency category as I have savings and my husband receives a pension from America so we live off that, if I am able to return to the UK then I would seek work to satisfy the residency application. For the centre of life we have lease rentals and receipts for the 6 years and also tax returns etc, we do not have a local bank account though.
