Can anyone tell me how long it took for an appeal decision. We had to go to birmingham appeal court. Has anyone been there for an appeal hearing. Our hearing was on 10th september 2018, its been 5 weeks still waiting?

Please can anyone advice?

My husband came from netherlands and wanted to join me as an eea family member, ho refused him in april 2018 as he needed to provide paperwork that ge had lived in holland for all those many years.

We went to burmingham court appeal hearing and have provided all papers requested. It has been 5 weeks. No reply. Please advise.
