Difficulty to register online while applying for EEA FM

Hi, everyone hope you will be able to help me. I am trying to register on website https://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/account/register for EEA Family permit application. But everytime I try to register, it says unsuccessful. I am not sure why. I am using safari browser on MacBook. I tried through chrome as well on MacBook, but still no luck.
Is anyone finding same problem or am I doing something wrong? Thanks
