Hi everyone, I need clarification on this puzzle please. My EEA residence permit still lasts till 2022 but my passport(Non EEA) will expire by the first week of January. How do I lift the visa vignette on the old passport to a new one? Anyone knows the Home office url link to fill out the form or how do I go about it please? As my employer may need me provide new passport which will show my valid residency on it.

Also,my marriage to an EEA family member will be 5yrs by next year, say October. When is the ideal time to apply for my indefinite leave? Kindly help with info.

Thank you.

Your EEA2 is fine being in an expired passport.

There’s no such thing as transfer, it’s more or less a fresh application

You’ll be eligible for a PRC next October

Goodluck
