Hey,
I just got a refusal letter with the reasons
"It is noted that you have provided what appears to be the front cover of an Afghanistan Marriage certificate. However, as this is not the full document it cannot be used to show that you and your EEA national sponsor are legally married. Furthermore, in the absence of a full marriage certificate the evidence listed, above, cannot solely be relied upon to prove your relationship."

As you can see, it's a silly mistake from us, but because we sent a translation, I thought it would be fine, which it wasn't.

I am not sure if we should reapply or appeal?

Any suggestions?

I think you should definitely reapply. It’s clearly your mistake, and it’s easy to fix in the new application.
