I applied for residence card (5 weeks ago) and I already recieved COA letter and submitted biometrics.

Today I received documents (evidence documents, id cards, passports etc.) but no letter with decision - only documents attached as evidence.

When posting my application with all evidence I included inside prepaid envelope with all stamps (1st class-guaranted 1pm delivery) as I was afraid of loosing my documents by postal service and to get them returned quicker- they used that envelope to get all documents back to me but as I mentioned before, no letter with their decision.

Was my application refused?

do NOT worry, when I received my documents, I did not have the letter of the decision. however, next day, delivery was scheduled.

Thank you for letting me know. I'm feeling relieved a bit knowing I'm not the only one.

Today I received card by DX courier and later separately letter with decision by royal mail.
