EEA family permit refusal

Hello.
I'm Tunisian and my husband is Polish living in UK we are married since January ,2018 and I applied for the EEA family permit in october and last week they sent me an email saying that they refused my application because I didn't provide bank statemants or wage slips or letter from his work.. So now I have his last three months bank statements and letter from his work. I don't wanna do any mistake so can you please help me with it? I would like to ask if I can re-apply now or should I wait and if it will be fine if I add all the new documents I have now. I will be so thankful if anyone can help.
