Hi Dear Senior Members,
I am an Italian National Married to a Non EU member. He got EE Family Member Residence Card from EU. I am working as a full time employee in London. My Husband just have moved with me to London. My Questions are following.
1- Is he allowed to work on EE Family Member Residence Card ?
2- Can he apply for NI Now?
3- Can he open a bank account or can he join up to my bank account?
4- Can he apply for his security licence ?

Please help me with these questions so we can start working in right direction.
I shall be very thankful to you.

1. Yes. However, for employer’s peace of mind (statutory excuse), he should apply for a residence card.

Documents you must provide

Including
that your EEA family member is a ‘qualified person
E.g. evidence that the EEA National is working.
