I have just received my BRP card. I was happy since the whole process only took one month, however, just found out all the information was correct but the birth place... they put the place where my passport was issued instead of my hometown. Is this considered mistake that I need to send the card back..? Just was a bit frustrated..

Same I apply for PR and they issue me with RC again .I was happy too as it take a month only .I send an email too and explain everything. Let's see I will wait a week for a response if not then I will send a letter. Didn't you get any response .?

I am wondering if you could please let me know what is the email address to contact any issue with the RC card? I received my card days ago but there was a mistake about the birth place, I reported through online system and received confirmation email saying that I will be contacted within 5 working days, but the time has now passed, not sure where to contact regarding this issue.

I did not get reply either, but I think it is because place of birth is irrelevant. Unless, they can check it.

When I sent my online form, then I realised I did not get any mistake, I searched everywhere their email to email them, but I did not find, I even called, but I was told, wait! if they don't reply = means they don't see it as a mistake!?

I have just received reply this morning asking me to send back the RC with a cover letter. They also requires supporting documents, such as passport Bio page and/or birth certificate. Copies are accepted. It says the new card should be sent back within 10 days once it is received by the office. I think I will send my card with the special delivery next Monday.
