As an aside, currently, the pilot settled status schemes will only apply to EU citizens. Citizens of EFTA countries (Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein) are currently not eligible.

Morning good members and secet simon, i recently posted sn enquiry regarding whem you have a PERMANENT RESIDENT under EEA and 3 months ago you got CAUTION from the police for fraud witch you commit howt his will affect your settlement status after MARCH 2019 because i read an article than even if you have PR you must apply for settlement after 2019.thanks
