Hi every body!
I need some advise.
I married on aug 2014
First EU RC issued 29 feb 2016 in Hungary.
Then moves to UK march 2016.
EU FM RC issued 21 FEB 2017 in UK.
Currently living with my wife in UK.
Wife working full time since arrival in UK.

My question:
When I will be eligible to apply for ILR.
Is it 5 years after Marriage date or after latest RC issued date.

No. You are not eligible for ILR under the Immigration rules at the moment.

However, you may be eligible for PR or settled status after residing in the UK for at least 5 years.

So march 2016, I got first entry stamp on my passport. (EEA ink stamp)
So I will have to apply on March 2021.
I guess then it will be settled status.
Am I right?
