I am German national with a UK residence card.
I work and live in UK with my 2 children.
It's been 3 years now and want to apply for my kids UK residence card
Do I fill in the EEA FM form
If yes on page 8 and 15 of the application form do I put in my details.

Yes, EEA FM form.

On p.8 and p.15 you would insert the details of one child.

Section 2 is the one you need to fill in as the sponsor.

In Section 3 you insert details of the other child.

it is confusing who the main applicant is but after you told me to put down one of the kids , it seemed right thank you I was having such a hard time YOU ARE A STAR

Sorry but on page 22 do I also add my child's details in there and attach two photos who I put down as the main applicant.

Yes but do I add first child who is main applicant into page 22 because I have put down details with photos of second child.

No. Section 3 just for second child. Make sure you send 2 photos per child.
