Family Permit..Living in Ireland but want to move back to uk

Hi i am new to this board just looking for some advise.
I am non eu living in ireland atm with my eu girlfriend.
We tried to get married they declined, and to get married I had to apply for asylum in Ireland.
Now I applied my visa on durable relationship basis, it's been 6 months no reply I heard they can take up to 2 years.
What I am curious of is what if my girlfried goes to UK can we apply for family permit or any sort of visa to live in UK on documents we got in Ireland prove of living to gather over 2 years. We have some family living in UK which is why we are considering moving there.
