Can you explain your situation - your nationality, how long you've been here, how you've been exercising treaty rights, what family, their nationalities, etc.

how you've been exercising treaty rights
EU
what family, their nationalities
Husband is Hong Kong
Two son are Macau
I know I can apply the UK residence card with my Portuguese ID card. However, when I apply my family what kind of documents need to providence to proof my name in marriage certificate and my kid’s birth certificate is the same person.

how you've been exercising treaty rights
This means - are you a worker, self-employed, a student, self-sufficient or other.

The marriage certificate will prove it, so this should not be a problem. Make sure that, if not in English, the marriage certificate is translated by a certified translator.

This is not a problem - that's the case for every person that changes their name when getting married. I'm presuming the name on your children's passports are the same as in your marriage certificate?
For example:
Name on your Portuguese ID: AB
Name on your marriage certificate: AC
Name on your children's passports: AC.

Do you have CSI? What amount of savings do you have approx - more than £16K?

Your *first* name is different? Why - did you change it, or was a mistake made? Which is your real name?

As a self-sufficient person, you need CSI if you apply for a Registration Certificate before March. If you apply after March for Pre-Settled Status, you don't need CSI.

Do a search for 'buy CSI' on the forum - you will find other posts where this was discussed.

Where are they now, and when are they planning to come? Is your husband applying for a Family Permit, or will he enter the UK in another way?

Yes, normally you would need between £10K and £16K of savings - to show that you won't be a burden on social security by asking for benefits. Per month/per year not relevant.
Or are you planning to work? If so, you could apply after you've started working, so CSI + showing savings is not necessary because you would be applying as a worker.

Start doing research in this forum, look at the RC application and the Settled Status application on the Home Office website - some links here:

You can also join UKCEN, the Good Law Project and The Aire Centre - they have pro-bono lawyers that can give advice. Were you thinking of hiring a lawyer to help you with applications?

My real name is Candy TAM
I changed my name by my parents when I was young.
So it is difficult to solve the problem?

You should get a solicitor's declaration stating that the person named on the passport, on the marriage certificate and on your children's passports are the same person. Cost about £80. The Registration Certificate, when issued, will be issued in the same name as your passport.
