Is BRP card a PR card?

I applied non-Eu permanet residence with my dural British Dutch husband.
I got my BRP card with work permit and wrote permanet residence.
However I haven’t got the decision letter and our documents back.
Is this card a PR card for EEA?
My husband is EEA, he didn’t do BRP, so what is his PR card?
Most of people get documents back first then get BRP card.
I got BRP card, still waiting for the documents.
How can I check where is my documents?
