Hello my husband permanent residance card approved (BRP recieved )
Which is clearly written
"Permanent residance of family member of union citizen"
Our question is does he stilll need visa to travel Europe or schenhen Area if he travel alone.

Also back side of card UNDER REMARKS
written" EU right to reside "what does that mean ??

This forum helped me alot in last couple of years.
Thanks to Admin who support these forums.
Thanks

Your non-EEA husband's right to travel within the EU stems from your right to travel.

If he is traveling with you or to join you in another EEA member-state, he can travel visa-free.

If he is traveling on his own and not joining you in another EEA member-state, he needs the same visa that he would need if he was not married to you (generally the one associated with his passport/s).
