PR as dependent

Hi, can I ask for an advice please?
I am Romanian national with ILR since 2011. I want to apply for PR as dependent in the same application with my partner because in 2014 I stupidly went to Uni and didn’t had health Cover Insurance. In 2016 Our daughter was borne and I applyed and received British Passport for her with my financial history.
I have seceral questions: is it trie that I can have PR as dependent even if I studied for one tear but I still paid NiNo through self employement?
Is ILR still valid for the PR application or has expired?
If PR is granted , can I apply for naturalisation without waiting for a year of PR to pass because I have ILR before PR?
Thank you for taking the time to read my situation and I looking forward to your answers.

You do not need PR for citizenship.

Your Indefinite Leave to Remain is considered as Permanent Residence under the 2016 regulations, and there is no need to apply for a PR as it is not required.

Thank you for your message
But I have 2 issues with that
1 When I apply online for Naturalisation it asks me if I am EEA and when I click yes it asking If I have PR for 1 Year , if I say no , it doesn’t let me to continue

2 let’s say I do it without applying online, apply on paper for Naturalisation with ILR with the period 2012-2018 , in 2014 I was a student with no Health Insurance. I was also Self Employed and paid NINO but no jobs.
Will it matter ? It’s 1333 pounds so I need to get it right.

The route that I was thinking is to apply for PR as dependent so that Uni year will not hinder my application. And then apply straight away for Naturalisation based on PR And previous ILR .
Do you think it can be done or I have to wait 1 year after I receive the PR?
