Hi All,
I am a spouse of an EEA National and have a permanent residence card.
I am now separated from my spouse but not divorced and in relationship with another Non-EEA National women.
We cannot get married until divorce and due to some issues I cannot divorce my Ex.
Can I sponsor my new partner on the basis of this durable relationship?
Which route I need to go for and which form I have to use?
Any comments and advice will be appreciated.
Regards

You cannot sponsor a new partner under the EU route.

It would have to be under the UK immigration rules, where a mandatory requirement is to submit evidence of 2 years cohabitation in a 'relationship akin to marriage'

How long have you been in a relationship with your girlfriend?

Why are you not able to divorce?
