Hello, please help!
I am a non EEA family member. We are separated but not divorced yet.
My 5 years Residence Card has expired, but I don't qualify for PR. So I lost my job and not receiving any benefits.
Please advice if
1, Can I apply for ROR before decree absolute?
2, Can I apply for derivative card before decree absolute - EEA child, but he lives with his father here in UK because I have no money?
3, Can I apply for residence card as family member, but without ex ID and proof of employment?

No, you need the Divorce Decree Absolute as far as I am aware.

Thank you CR001.
Could you think of any other option in my current situation?

On what basis does your husband reside in the UK? If he were genuinely in work, you would probably still qualify for a residence card and would certainly have the right to accept employment.

Richard, my husband is either self-employed or self-sufficient, definitely not in employment.
He refuses to provide any supporting paperwork.
