I sincerely want to apologies if I post this on the wrong section. I currently hold EEA/eu permanent residence as a family member, I am already overdue for naturalisation but holding on as I want to bring my two kids age 2+ and 10years old into the UK from Nigeria and thought it would be easier under the eu family permit.

Please I need your help as to determine what documentation the eu family permit will require

Also, will I need a solicitor please?

I am married here and still married with 2 lovely son even though I live alone, please can anyone give me some advice on how to do this please?

Will I need a DNA report to prove the two kids are mine in my application please?

As you are not an EU citizen, you cannot sponsor children for an EU family permit. Only an EU citizen can sponsor them.

You can only sponsor someone under the UK immigration rules as you hold PR.

Thanks for your swift response, yes I posted last year, but since then my woman has relocated to Nigeria cux she secured a dream job. But I met my partner I was on 5year eea2 residential permit as a family member of an EEA cux I have an EEA child (Son) from an EEA mother.

Last year I was granted a permanent residence permit. Now want to bring in two kids under the eu law as per dependant on eu family permit. I hope this help?

Apologies, I meant to write, before I met my partner, I was on 5year EEA residents card.

You cannot sponsor the children for an EU family permit as you are not an EU citizen.

Only your EU wife who you no longer live with can sponsor them (assuming she has not become British).
