If you mean from tenancy agreement to use as proof of address for giving the marriage notice then even you can use any other document such as driving licence/bank statement/bills etc instead tenancy agreement.

Photos won't be sufficient to prove a durable relationship 'akin to marriage'. You are also required to show shared responsibilities such as joint finances, both names on bills etc.

You should also be aware that you will be required to register your intent to marry with a Home Office registered Registry Office. The Register is then legally bound to notify the HO who can then extend the registration period from 28 to 70 days in order to interview you both separately before the marriage can go ahead, should they choose to do so. If your partner has no legal status in the UK he is at risk of being detained during the interview.

Your landlord is probably reluctant to add your partner's name to the tenancy agreement as he risks a £20,000 fine for renting accommodation to anyone without the legal right to reside in the UK.
