My EEA(PR) Application was refused for not being able to provide ID of my ex(wife). I have lodged an appeal against this decission. My hearing is after six months. My solicitor just told me that there is a home office service called "Barrister review" in which a Barrister advises home office on that matter and in most cases Home Office change their previous decission and grand residence document. I want to ask what is this Barrister review service?? I could not search it anywhere on Internet. Is my solicitor making me fool or what??
Please advise.
Thanks

Nothing like that exist.

There is the specialist appeals team, who review and sometimes concede, but they are certainly not barristers, and what they do is not called Barrister review.

I was denied EEA(PR) Because I could not provide my wife's Passport or id. My hearing in first tribunal is due in February in the mean time i've got divorced. Can I lodge fresh application in Home Office whilst my appeal on last application is pending in 1st tribunal??.

If I send a fresh application can it have a bad impact on my appeal on last application?

If I do not get Right to work under fresh application shall it also effect my right to work coferred to me in previous application?

Is there any new development for EX Partners of EEA Nationals regarding providing Passport of ID of relevent EEA( National) for obtaining EEA(PR) or Retained right of residence.

Thanks
