Evidence of living together.

Hi guys
This forum has really helped me with filling my forum for a residence permit but I have some few questions I wish someone can clarify for me.
I am married to an eea national and I am not which and I came to the Uk last month with a spouse visa. We are currently applying for a residence permit but I am kind if confused with section 5.
We just started living together but I have my GP letter, NI letter and currently going to open a bank account. My name has been added to the tenancy agreement and she is a qualified person. Are these documents from my side enough to prove we live together or I have to add something else? I will be very much greatful if you guys could state out what I need to add to this list. And all the utility bills are in her name.
And lastly our recent application as rejected because they could not withdraw the application fee for whichever reason, so we have charged £25 for that. I’m i to add that amount to the new application fee when posting this current application? We plan on making it a postal order or bank draft but have not decided.
Thoughts and advices will be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

When you say you came on a "spouse visa", do you mean an EEA family permit?? They are two different routes and rules.

Simply submit what you have as evidence if living together since you arrived.

And lastly, as I mentioned in my first post that I was charged £25 for the application refusal. I’m into add that amount to the fresh application money? As it is that they have not deducted that amount from my bank account.

You pay the fee the form asks. If HO want the £25, they will ask for it.
