Can I travel to Poland as a Polish citizen from the UK in February 2019?

I have found the following link.

Waiting for a decision on your application
If you are applying for leave to remain, or indefinite leave to remain, you should not leave the UK until you have received a decision on your application. If you travel outside the “Common Travel Area” (CTA) before the decision is made on your application, your application will be treated as withdrawn.
If the decision is made while you are outside the UK and your current leave has expired you will not have a right to return to the UK and you may be refused entry at the UK border.

It's a first time I have heard about this - can I travel safely before Brexit or do I have to await the decision?

Also, when I apply for citizenship would I be able to go to Poland?

The quoted text applies to UK immigration applications, ie leave to remain or ILR and not PR under eea route.

That is NOT applicable to EEA citizens under EEA regulation. You are free to travel

I have to apply for PR first, prove 6 years and then apply for Citizenship straight away, right?

Today I am awaiting approval of PR.

Last part that I have to think about is whether to choose to visit UKVCAS in person.

So I can travel safely?
Will I be able to travel after 29.03.2019 - 30.12.2020 while my application for naturalization will be considered?

As advise already travel is fine for EU.

Not sure what you mean by having to apply for naturalisation "straight away".

To apply for citizenship I would have to wait 12 months after obtaining PR.
But if I prove 6 years of PR-period rather than 5, I can apply for citizenship after I get the PR.

Right?
