I am currently on an unmarried eea family member visa, the relationship broke down recently after being together for 6 years. But visa was given two years prior the break up. Visa expires in 2021. I was planning to work a year to have enough savings before contacting lawyer/ HO. Then i met someone from my country and fell head over heels in love. He has got british passport and he wants to settle down with me. do i have right to marry him in the uk or do we have to go back home get married and apply to re enter on new status? Been in the uk for 13 years but was refused visa before on a different category so was told i cant apply for ILR after the 10 years. By 2021 ill be in uk fpr 15 years. Any advice is appreciated
