No response from Home Office!!

Hi
I am Lithuanian and my husband is Indian. I made an application for PR which was rejected by home office. We appealed, but only for my husband, due to the appeal fees was £800 at that time. Eventually we won the case, the judge decided that I was exercising treaty rights and I was qualified to receive PR as well as my husband. After chasing up HO sent BRP. But they will not respond to request to issue my PR. I have sent letter to them twice. I have complained on the home Office website. But no luck. Finally I have wrote to my MP to intervene in the matter. But I guess due to Christmas and new year everything is slow.
In the meantime I wanted to ask you guys what can I do to get my pr card? Shall I reapply for PR and include the court decision letter? HO already issued PR card for my husband, that means they have accepted I am already eligible for PR!!! But they don’t respond to my queries!! I am panicking because it’s been few months and not sure what new rule would be in place after brexit!!
