Hi guys,

I would be grateful if someone could help shed some light on this concern of mine. My non-EEA spouse has received an EEA Family Permit a few days ago that is valid for 6 months. My question is: is there a deadline for when they must come to the UK e.g. within 1 or 2 months – or can they come to the UK any time within the 6 months?

Hi, my husband got his permit on 18th August and arrived to London on 26th November. The only problem is that the later she comes the less time it lives you to get all the documents to apply for EEE(FM) if she wants to stay.
