I was wondering if someone can help me please. My husband is from Albania and he has a EEA Family Permit card from Czech Republic. I’m from Czech Republic and I have a permanent Residence Card from Uk. My husband was In prison 6 years ago for drugs crime in Uk - sentenced to 28 months. Now we would like to go back to Uk.
Is there any chance for us?

I understand that EU citizens / non-EU family members can be barred from the country, or deported on ground of public safety or national security. He was deported after his sentence?

He signed the deal and left the country so he done only one year and 2 months. Since than he was in Albania.
