Pr for family, confused!

Hi Everyone, I am looking to get some advice as I am confused. We applied for Pr for our family. Mother, child Eu national, husband Cuban. We are separated, but not divorced, and as I was advised that his rights still depend on me, we included him on the PR application too. I was the qualifying person on this application.
After just 6 weeks he received his PR card, however no decision letter or documents have been returned. Also, me and my son have not received our PR.
I am very confused and not sure what is going on. As he has got his card, it should mean that we are all accepted and will get PR?
