Right Documents for a Family Permit Application

Hi!
I am finishing the paperwork for a Family Permit for my mother (Non EEA National) who is my dependent family member. I am Italian. I’ve been living in the UK for three years using my right to work (Qualified Person).
Her appointment is next Thursday.
I have attached:
Applicant evidences:
-My birth certificate (issued 10 days after my birth)
-Pictures with my mother since I was a child.
-Receipts of the remittances (money transfers) I have sent to my mother the last year.
-Document certifying my mother lives on her own
-My mother’s cover letter declaring she relies entirely on my financially.
-Solicitor’s cover letter.
Sponsor Evidences:
-My cover letter declaring my mother is joining me according to the rights stated in Directive of the EU.
-Certified copy of my Italian passport.
-Employment contract.
-My 6 last bank statements.
-My last 6 payslips.
-My tenancy agreement.
Do I need to add anything else? Is there a lacking document??? (I did not attached my mother’s bank statements)
