Hi,

We are non EU parent of EU Child. My child is Irish, he is new born.

Can we go and live in UK on the basis of my Irish child and which visa we should apply ?

Derivative rights permit

Be aware that derivative rights permits do not lead to Permanent Residence and that the future of derivative rights permits after Brexit is uncertain.

You may want to look at moving to another EEA member-state rather than the UK.
