Extended Family Member (Brother)

Hey everyone
My brother is a dutch national whos been here in uk since 2008.
I got here in uk from Bangladesh in september 2018 as a tier 4 student. My brother has been paying me money regularly even before i got here. my mother died a while ago and my father passed away decades ago. i am fully dependant on him. he pays for my living expense and my university fees. I want to apply as an extended family member. What are chances?? and What documents do i need??
I want to include that we are planning to submit DNA. email correspondence that we have since 2015, my Bangladeshi Bank Statement, uk account statement(where he has weekly direct debit setup) my mothers death certificate. He is also there as an emergency contact in my passport.
Please give opinions on how we can proceed and what else documents should we include.
