Hard copy proof of ILR if from EEA

I applied through the App for settled status. I got an answer saying that I have ILR. However, it states that letter is not proof of status.

I want to have a hard copy of that. I have been caring for my son for the last 23 years and I have been denied Universal Credit on the fact that I do not have a hard proof of my status. How can I get it?

Thanks.

With ILR you have the "right to work" and also to benefits. The Settled Status system has been conceived without need for paperwork being issued - though of course many processes still require paper.... Perhaps take this link with you to an appointment.
