PR Application without Non-EU Passport.

I am due to send my PR application under Surinder Singh, however I intend to not include my non-eu passport and my wife's British passport in the application as we urgently need to travel.
Questions -
1. Will my PR application be rejected and returned as invalid without both our passports included?
2. If I submit both our passports, I know that I am able to request my wife's British passport back. Am I also able to request my non-EU passport back while the application is in process?
3. If I am able to request my NON-EU passport back without withdrawing my application, can anyone advise the how to do this and how long it is likely to take for the returned passport to arrive?

Unless you provide evidence that compelling circumstances prevent you from doing so (travel is not one of them), yes, it will be rejected.
2. If I submit both our passports, I know that I am able to request my wife's British passport back. Am I also able to request my non-EU passport back while the application is in process?
Yes. You can request any documents back.
3. If I am able to request my NON-EU passport back without withdrawing my application, can anyone advise the how to do this and how long it is likely to take for the returned passport to arrive?
You can request your documents back here:
https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outrea ... OOHCS0Q8qs.
They can dispatch your passport shortly after you have enrolled your biometric details (around a week after they receive your application). But I cannot comment on how long the actual delivery takes.
