Hello I'm a non EU family member, my EU wife and i are eligible for settled status. We applied same time, she got hers

But my horrible luck, my application was caught up in an IT problem with home office website, Everytime i try to log in to start my application on the website after i have used the app , it crashes when i enter my details and a message says
( sorry, we have a problem with this service try later)

This message has been since 21st Jan, i used different devices, different browsers, i call resolution Center daily, i sent a complaint emails , but the only answer i get is , we are sorry, we aware of the issue that affected very few applicants, we will get in touch
I can't re-use the app because it says i used it, i cant etart my application
The worse is i don't have a faith in the people i speak to, they give me same answer, no promises, no time frame, i cant do anything. Since day one they told me we will fix it shortly and i knew they wouldn't , and it's 4 weeks now :(

Could you please advise me what to do next?
I have a feeling it will be like this forever
Any ideas?

Thank you

I'm sorry to hear. Must be frustrating.

Case 1: Did you finish and submit your application? As in, did you receive an email confirming the receipt of your application, and is this problem appearing only when you try to check the progress?

Or,

Case 2: Did you not complete the application, and because of this you cannot complete it?

The slighter better news of case 1 is that you probably don't need to do anything else, as you have applied. In case 2 you'll probably need to reapply at some point, but again, no point in worrying now as there is nothing you can do.

In any case there is little you can do now, and the HO seems to be aware of the problem. The good news is this is only a test phase and you are well in advance of any deadline (June 2021). Breathe and forget about it, for now.

I know what you mean , but its frustrating as its stopping me from doing other things, very bad luck i have

Will apply again when its hectic and busy, probably will take longer to be approved

Not sure when i can reapply as i cant if the application still stuck in system
