hi there i want to share interesting story of my friend
got rc in 2017
got divorced final 29 jan 2019
applied for pre settled status 11.02.2019
got confirmation 12.01.2019
called to help line to get information and told its not issued as dependent of his ex wife .
it is his own independent immigration status.
he just submit his details. and divorce certificate and last month wage slip of his ex wife ..

I'm assuming they got confirmation of Pre-Settled Status on 12.02.2019, is that correct?
Also, can you please confirm they got the official confirmation of the Status (a pdf document entitled "Status Outcome"), not just confirmation of their application? (a document entitled "CoA [date]")

If so, what you are saying is that they were granted Pre-Settled Status, on his own right, with an ordinary 2-year old RC + their divorce certificate?

Yes its pdf fill attched with email. Which says it valid till feb 2024. He call and they cofirm him it is issued on his own rights.
