i am a british citizen and my wife is pakistani.we live in spain but now we want to move uk.my wife has spanish residency card.i want to ask that under article 10 can my wife travel with me to uk witout visa.and which documents i need to travel except passports and residency card.

As per the "Do you need a visa?" test, no, she doesn't:

In theory, nothing else, but to be on the safe side, have your marriage certificate at the ready.

can anyone tell me which flight shall i book from here which is well known about this rule because some airlines dont let u board in plane.
