UK Family sponsorship visa

Hi , my name is halim im 17 years old and im living in turkey as a refugee (but my refugee status is not approved yet) but my uncle has a netherland citizenship and also has UK permenant residency.
My uncle want to join him in uk but he said i can sponsor you as a family member but also said maybe we can get a visa or not, so im confused because i have not family member who live with me in turkey and my mom lives in somalia and also my mom and dad divorced in 2008 so im in a difficult situation and i just want to know if is there any chance to join my uncle to UK and how oftenly get visa for people like me ?
