Can somebody please give me little information regarding my situation. I am Non EU family member.
I got married on 04/09/2013. and I have got my family permit on 14/07/2014 on passport not as card with chip.
Got divorced final document on 03/09/2018.
Apllied for Retain right and got refused.but I have appealed already, haven’t heard anything yet. Now I need to travel for important matter but as I know I can’t travel under EU family member permit as I have already divorced. Now I want to apply for further visa. But I am really confused which category I will be able to apply, am I able to apply under EU or EU family member settlement scheme? Or I need to apply under different category?

Wait for the appeal outcome, you will qualify for nothing unless the appeal comes out successfully.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have been waiting for appeal result for three months. There is nothing come up yet. As home office did asked to provide my ex original document with my file as it wasn’t possible.As we was separated and she denied to give her ID. So I don’t know at this moment I have still valid my family permit till 14/07/2021. But I don’t know what to do. I have married for 5 year already with my ex. Thanks
