My father holds the German citizenship and lived in uk from past 4 years and he went back to home country India for his medical treatment.... Didn't refer by NHS...i am a EEA family member and i also went back to india..n last week when i came back...the uk border force revoked my visa..saying ur father doest exercise his treaty rights...he is retired from telecom. Company...and he will comeback within 2-4 months..but they revoked my visa..but they gave me right to apeal...do i have to go to court or what if i call my father back in uk in within next week..and he exercise his treaty rights..do i still have to appeal in court on can we write a letter to uk border force letting them know about my fathet??

He is 64 years old...n he went to india in dec 2018..but i was in uk...n i went to india last month....when i cameback i told the border officer that he is in india. He is still in india.
