Uk residences card lost

Hi to all
My wife applied for uk driving licence we have sent her uk resdence card by “ special delivery “ but it is lost.
i have contact the royal mail they don’t now where is our post, royal mail trucking nomber say you posted at postoffice.
my question is how do we replace the resdence card please?
any one has same problem or any advice we do appreciate it.

You need to make a new application, do you have a photo copy of that PR?
You will not have to provide all the information again , you have to select the reason that it’s lost ,make sure you report the card lost to police and home office

thanks for your replay yes we have copy it is a BRC Not BRP
today 12-03-2019 i have send the application with whole document again to replace the BRC.yes i have told home office by email then they said your wife BRC canceled not use anymore.

Same as everyone else: just over one month. The fact that is a replacement does not appear to make it significantly faster.

Obviously, yes.
There is no such a thing as re-issuing/reprinting of RC. If you lose your RC you need to have one issued from scratch.

Hi
i am wondering if any one in here has same problem
My wife lost here BRC card , she has applied againe for. new one on 13-03-2019 money was taken by 15-03-2019 but since that time she not have received enrollment biometric letter yet.
I have emailed home office regarding enrollment biometric letter but still not response yet.
is any one facing same problem or how long is to take git enrollment biometric letter?
