Hi there,

My sister is non Eu family member of my wife who is Eu national so once we apply hers pre settled status can she being on that status sponsor her spouse who is also a non eu ?

it says on gov.uk site but its not clear if its not non eu family members aswell or only for eu nationals.

On an EU national can sponsor a family member under the EEA/EU route.

If you mean your sister will get pre-settled status, then she cannot sponsor her husband. She will have to wait till she gets ILR through the settled status scheme and sponsor him through the UK immigration rules.

My wife is Eu national and we have been in relationship for 5 years now but we got married towards the end of the year so i got 7 months till 5 years of marriage so my question was can i apply for settled status showing my relationship for 5 years ?
